It is published twice a year; registration number EV 3878/09; ISSN 0560-3137

The first number of the magazine was published in 1958 as the proceedings of the Slovak Karst Museum with orientation on speleology and speleological museology of the Slovak caves with a chief editor Vojtech Benický and an executive editor Dr. Ľudovít Izák.
